5、BAcontentwasmeasuredbyELISAmethodwhentheplantsshowedtheobviousviraldiseasesymptoms．TheresultsshowedthattheABAcontentwasincreasedinvirusinfectedrice．TheABAcontentinvirusinfectedNipponbarewas１１１．０４ng/gcomparedto６０．８６ng/ginthecontrol．InHuaidao５,itwas１０２．６０ng/ginthe
6、virusinfectedplantsand７０．６１ng/ginthecontrol．TorevealhowthevirusregulatestheABAcontent,therelativeexpressionlevelsofgenesinvolvedinABAbiosynthesis(OsZEP,OsNCED１,OsNCED２,OsNCED３,OsNCED４andOsNCED５)andcatabolism(OsABA８ox１,OsABA８ox２andOsABA８ox３)wereanalyzedinNipponba
