3、fitinordertoavoidtherisk,thetwosidescanoftenbeusedtosignthecontractfortrading.Tosolvethisproblem,weestablishatwolevelprogrammingmodelfornewsboyproblemundercontractdecisionconditionandcalculatethenumericalresults.Thesupplierandretailercandeterminethevalueofthedecisionvariabl
