4、hesustainabledevelopmentofthestatement"middlefinger;sustainabledevelopmentmeanstomaintain,rationaluseofnaturalresourcesandbasicmeansinconcernfortheenvironmentinthedevelopmentplanandpolicyandconsideration,theworldbankin1992,"worlddevelopmentreport"alsoitispointedoutthatt
5、hebuildinginthecostandbenefitcomparisonandprudenteconomicanalysisdevelopmentandenvironmentalpolicybasis,strengthenenvironmentalprotection,resultinginincreasedwelfareandsustainableimprovement.AccordingtotheChinaconditions,theprimarygoalofChina'stourismsustainabledevelopm
6、entisdevelopment,isbasedonthesustainableuseoftourismresourcesandenvironmentalprotection,thekeyistocoordinatetherelationshipbetweentourismdevelopmentandenvironmentalprotection,toachieveavirtuouscycleofecologicalsystemoftourism,tourismresourcesistoavoiddestructionandexhau
