6、开发有效的锌离子检测方法对于生命科学、医学和环境等领域的相关研究有重大意义,而荧光探针法具有选择性好、灵敏度高及简便快捷等优点。具有生物应用的理想荧光探针应该满足:(1)较好的水溶性;(2)能够定量测定金属离子浓度;(3)较长的激发波长以免造成细胞损害;(4)稳定性高;(5)对金属离子有很高的选择性和灵敏度;(6)易于制备。基于这些要求,本文主要设计、合成了以8-氨基喹啉为荧光团,以cyclen为离子载体的小分子荧光探针,用于检测人体内的微量元素锌。关键词:锌离子,荧光探针;8-氨基喹啉;CyclenDesignand
