2、.DepartmentofLeisureManagemen,UniversityofKangNing(TAIWAN)E-mails[11-point,italic,centred,separatedbycomas]Abstract本研究之目的在探討情緒智力(emotionalintelligence)對高職餐飲科學生自信心之影響,採問卷方式調查100名就讀於台灣中部地區高職餐飲科學生,利用SPSS12.0進行統計分析,結果顯示:高職學生對自己表現的信心程度介於「普通」及「有點信心」之間;情緒智力經因素分析(factoranalysis)後,獲得四個因素成份,分別命名為情緒表
3、達(emotionalexpression)、情緒知覺(emotionalregulation)、情緒調適(emotionaladjustment)及情緒運用(emotionaloperation),以層級式迴歸分析(hierarchicalregressionanalysis)後發現,在控制學生之性別、年齡及家庭結構後,情緒表達與情緒知覺正面影響學生之自信心;情緒調適負面影響學學生的自信心,情緒運用與學生自信心的強弱無關,最後根據研究結果提出教育意涵。關鍵字:情緒表達、情緒知覺、情緒調適、情緒運用1.IntroductionMoststudentsinTaiwanusua

5、frustratedmood,negativebehaviorsorinattention(ChiYanbuWenXian,dating)whichmayleadthelackofself-confidence.Especially,underthechangesofsocietyandeducationalsystem,theyoungmanmustkeeplearningthevariousvalues.Moreover,theirrestlessnessandconflictwillstriketheirself-confidences.Therefore,itisn
6、odoubtthatitisquiteimportanttoenhanceeffectivelyTaiwanvocationalcateringstudents’self-confidences.Goleman(1995)consideredthattheemotionalintelligenceisaccountedfor80percentofthepersonalsuccessfactors.Thegenerationofemotionsrepresentsanessentialmessageof6personalorenvironmentalchanges.Peopl
7、ecanpayattentiontoanimportantchangeandimprovementofthinkingthroughemotionalguidelinesinordertoenhancetheabilitytosolveproblems.ThedefinitionofemotionalIntelligence,asearlyas1990SaloveyandMayer(1990),theemotionalintelligencewasdefinedas:"tounderstandtheirownand
