3、ctualpropertyallowedtoidentifytheHavingregardtoCouncilRegulation(EC)No834/2007ofthreebestdesignsfromthatpointofview,whichwere28June2007onorganicproductionandlabellingoforganicsubsequentlysubmittedtoaconsultationontheInternetproductsandrepealingRegulation(EEC)No2092/91(1)andinopenedfrom7D

4、ecember2009to31January2010.TheparticularArticle25(3),Article38(b),andArticle40thereof,proposedlogochosenbyamajorityofvisitorsofthewebsiteoverthatperiodshouldbeadoptedastheneworganicproductionlogooftheEuropeanUnion.Whereas:(1)Article24ofRegulation(EC)No834/2007laysdown(6)Thechangeoftheorg

5、anicproductionlogoofthethattheCommunitylogoisoneofthecompulsoryindiEuropeanUnionasfromthe1July2010shouldnotcationstobeusedonthepackagingofproductsbearingcausedifficultiesonthemarket,andinparticularittermsreferringtotheorganicproductionmethodasshouldbeallowedthatorganicproductswhichhavere

6、ferredtoinArticle23(1),andthattheuseofbeenalreadyplacedonthemarketcanbesoldwithoutthislogoisoptionalforproductsimportedfromthirdthecompulsoryindicationsrequiredbyArticle24ofcountries.Article25(1)ofRegulation(EC)Regulation(EC)No834/2007,providedthattheNo834/2007allowstheuseoftheCommunityl
