1、BIS反馈调控异丙酚靶控输注在小儿先心病心内直视手术中的应用曲良超1王凤芝2张明生2罗和国2周绪峰21南昌大学研究生院医学部2江西省人民医院麻醉科地址:南昌市爱国路92号江西省人民医院麻醉科邮编:330006【摘要】目的探讨BIS反馈调控异丙酚靶控输注在小儿先心病心内直视手术中应用的可行性。方法择期先心病心内直视手术小儿30例,随机分为A组BIS反馈调控异丙酚靶控输注组,BIS作为反馈控制变量设定为50,异丙酚初始血浆靶浓度设定为2.0μg/ml,B组异丙酚持续泵入组,初始给药速度为150μg/kg·min,根据血流动力学调节
2、(MAP60-80mmHg),记录并比较两组间的术中血流动力学、术中知晓和术后回忆情况、血管活性药以及异丙酚单位标准化使用剂量。结果A组血管活性药(P<0.05)和异丙酚(P<0.01)单位标准化使用剂量明显低于B组,两组间术中血流动力学、术中知晓和术后回忆情况无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论小儿先心病心内直视手术中,BIS反馈调控异丙酚靶控输注可降低血管活性药和异丙酚用量,具有简便可行,安全有效,节约费用的优点。【关键词】脑电双频指数;反馈调控;小儿先心病;心内直视手术Targetcontrolledinfusionofp
