6、cancercellstoapoptoticdeath.Consistentwiththis,tubulinwasidentifiedasabindingproteinofJG3usingaffinitychromatographyandliquidchromatography-tandemmassspectrometry(LC-Ms/Ms).TheinteractionbetweenJG3andtubulinwascharacterizedbysurfaceplasmonresonance(spR)analysis.Furthermore,itwasdem

7、onstratedbothatcellularlevelandincellfreesystemthatJG3potentlypreventedtubulinpolymerization,therebydemolishedmicrotubuleorganizationincancercells.Theunderlyingmechanismliesinitsbindingtotubulinonauniquesitedistinctfromotherconventionalbindingsites.allthesesuggestthatJG3isanovelant
