6、i.e.,identitymanagementsituations).Participantswere61LGBadultswhocompletedabaselinesurveyabouttheirorganizationand,over3weeks,respondedtoevent-basedsurveysimmediatelyafteridentitymanagementsituations.ResultssuggestedthatLGBworkersmanagetheirstigmatizedidentityst

7、rategicallyaccordingtosituationalcharacteristics.Indeed,muchofthevarianceinuseofrevealingandconcealingstrategieswasduetodifferenceswithinpeoplefromsituationtosituation.Useofidentitymanagementstrategieswaspredictedbyinteractionpartnercuesofacceptanceorrejectionas
