6、ormanceconsequencesofmismatchesbetweenthetaskpositionandpositionoccupant.Qualitativefieldworkcombinedwithaquasi-experimentalsimulationgameandanexperimentprovidescausaltestsoftheconceptualframework.Wefindthatco-founderswhosediffusestatuscuesofgender(male),ethnicity(white)
