3、oyeesinthePeople’sRepublicofChinatotestamoderatedmediationmodeloftheprocessesthroughwhichcoreself-evaluations(CSE)influencevoicebehavior.Specifically,weexaminedpersonalcontrolandapproach/avoidancemotivationaspsychologicalpathwaysandproceduraljusticeperceptionsasamoderat

4、oroftheCSE–voicebehaviorrelationship.Aspredicted,ourresultsrevealedthatCSErelatedtoemployeevoicebehaviorindirectlythroughpersonalcontrolandapproachmotivationbutnotavoidancemotivation.Furthermore,andconsistentwithourprediction,resultsshowedthatproceduraljusticeperception

5、smoderatedthemediatedinfluenceofbothpersonalcontrolandapproachmotivationontheCSE–voicebehaviorrelationshipsuchthatthisrelationshipisstrongerwhenproceduraljusticeperceptionsarehighbutnotlow.Wediscusstheimplicationsofthesefindingsintermsofexplanatoryframeworksforunderstan
