2、度的得失，希望在总结和借鉴外国先进模式的基础上对我国的违宪审查制度进行改革，试图创建一个适合我国国情的违宪审查机构——宪法法院。本文一共分为三个部分，第一部分阐述了我国违宪审查模式的现状与不足，并列举了宪法学界关于构建违宪审查机构的几种代表性观点。第二部分充分阐述了建立违宪审查机构的必要性和可行性，进而论证目前我国建立违宪审查专责机构的必然性。第三部分则提出了自己在违宪审查机构的构建上的见解，即建立宪法法院行使违宪审查权，并对宪法法院的性质、地位、组成、职权等进行了设计。关键词：违宪审查，违宪审查机构，宪法法院O
