1、兰州交通大学结课论文项目管理在建筑工程中的应用张凯伦摘要工程建设新的发展形势对工程项目管理工作提出了新的更高的要求。工程项目管理是通过一定的组织形势,用系统工程的观点、理论和方法,对工程项目生命周期内的所有工作,包括项目建议书、可行性研究、项目决策、设计、准备、施工、签证、验收等系统运动过程,进行机会、组织、指挥、协调和控制,以达到保证工程质量、缩短工期、提高投资效益的目的,是以项目目标控制(质量控制、进度控制和投资控制)为核心的管理活动。工程项目管理水平高低对建设项目的发展与成功起到至关重要的作用,是国家、社会和企业最为关心的问题之一。推行科学的项目管理实践,提高项目管
