1、SNI/CCI/改良CCI大鼠模型疼痛行为学特点和规律比较林露1聂发传2易斌2陶国才1(第三军医大学西南医院麻醉科,重庆,400038) 【摘要】 目的:比较慢性坐骨神经缩窄损伤(CCI)、改良慢性坐骨神经缩窄损伤(iCCI)和坐骨神经分支选择性损伤模型(SNI)的疼痛规律和特征。方法:选择150~200g的SD大鼠40只,随机分为四组(Sham组、CCI组、iCCI组、SNI组,n=10),对照组仅暴露坐骨神经,后立即缝合,CCI组、iCCI组和SNI组分别于右后肢制作CCI、SNL、SNI疼痛模型。术前至术
2、后1d,3d,7d,14d,21d使用机械和热辐射刺激测定术侧后趾,比较它们对疼痛刺激的反应差异。结果:Sham组术前后机械/热缩足阈值没有明显差异(P>0.05)。CCI和iCCI组在术后第7天即出现明显的热/机械痛阈降低,并在术后第14天到达低谷(P<0.05)。iCCI组比CCI痛阈下降更加显著(P<0.05)。SNI疼痛模型对机械刺激敏感而对热刺激不敏感。结论:三种神经病理性疼痛模型的疼痛规律和特征并不相同,应根据实验设计选择适当的模型,并在同一系列研究中采用同一模型。【关键词】神经病理性疼痛;动物模型
