1、SICENCE新闻发布作者:曹磊稿号:NRR_231_14地西泮对创伤性脑损伤大鼠海马谷氨酸能突触传递的影响地西泮具有抗焦虑、镇静、催眠、抗惊厥、抗癫痫及中枢性肌肉松驰作用,对癫痫持续状态极有效,是控制癫痫持续状态的首选药之一。中国首都医科大学宣武医院宋为群博士所带领的团队应用膜片钳技术检测发现,地西泮治疗可显著增加颅脑损伤大鼠海马神经元输入-输出关系曲线的斜率;而在γ-氨基丁酸A型受体拮抗剂牡丹荷包碱15µmol/L存在条件下,地西泮能减少损伤引起的海马放电次数,提示损伤大鼠海马中存在抑制通路。他们以膜片钳检测还发现,地西泮有效增加液
