1、题目:基于模糊综合评判的中国移动顾客满意度研究-以河南移动郑州分公司为例院系名称:专业班级:学生姓名:学号:指导教师:教师职称:摘要近年来,我国经济发展迅速,人们生活水平不断提高,对生活质量方面的要求也越来越高,人们希望在购买产品和服务的同时能够得到更多的让渡价值,同时,中国移动通信行业无线通信技术、移动通信网络快速发展,移动设备迅速普及,为移动在我国的发展创造了有利的条件,但是行业内竞争更加炙热化,移动顾客成了争夺的焦点。如何提高企业的服务质量提高顾客满意,已经成为中国移动的当务之急。如何构建科学、完整的顾客满意度测评体系并进一步
2、应用到移动通信企业的经营战略中对于移动通信行业至关重要。本文在研究顾客满意的理论基础上,利用模糊综合评判方法,通过市场调查确定影响移动通讯顾客满意的因素,确定影响顾客满意的一级、二级指标以及各指标的权重,构建模糊综合评判模型,最终测评出顾客满意度,本文以河南移动为例,得出结论,最后针对影响河南移动顾客满意的因素,指出提高顾客满意的方法。关键词:顾客满意度模糊综合评判移动通讯27TitleTheresearchBasedonFuzzyComprehensiveEvaluationoftheChinaMobileCustomerSati
