1、腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆管损伤的预防晏兴旺1安宁2(1成都市温江区人民医院四川成都611130)(2四川省人民医院普外科四川成都610000)【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆管损伤的预防方法。方法：选取我院在2012年4月至2015年1月间收治的90例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料，将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组各45例病例。对照组按照常规手术流程实施手术，未采取预防措施，观察组采取胆管手术预防措施，分析两组患者的胆管损伤发生率与患者治疗满意度，并探讨胆管损伤预防方法。结果：①观察组有1例胆道损伤病例，发生率为2.22%,对照组有6例胆管损伤病例，发生率为13.33%,对比有统
2、计学意义(P<0.05)o②观察组有44例患者护理满意,总满意度为97.78%。对照组有37例患者护理满意，总满意度为82.22%,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：患者接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术后，通过及时采取预防措施，有利于降低胆管损伤发生率，提高手术治疗的安全性，提升患者治疗满意度，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】腹腔镜；胆囊切除术；胆管损伤【中图分类号】R61【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)04-0198-02PreventionofbileductinjuryafterlaparoscopiccholecystectomyYanXin
