3、fforcemajeure,acttobmitigatedamages,ifpossible,andwithinfifteen915)daysthereafterprovidedetailedinformationoftheevent,acertificateofevidencethereofissuedbytherelevantauthoritiesandastatementofexplainingthereasonforitsinabilitytoperformallorpartofitsobligationsundertheagreement.

7、tventurecompanyisliabletothejointventurecompanywithinthelimitofthecapitalsubscribedbyit.Theprofits,risksandlossesofthejointventurecompanyshallbesharedbythepartiesinproportiontotheircontributionstotheregisteredcapital.Anydisputearisingfromtheexecutionof,orinconnectionwith,thecon
