2、较有显著性差异(P＜0.001)，而超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)则无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。经治疗后LPO降低，GSH-Px增高，观察组疗效优于西药组(P＜0.05)。患儿前列腺素稳定代谢产物6-K-PGF1a降低，TXB2下降，TXB2/6-K-PGF1a比值升高，与正常组相比具有显著差异(P＜0.001)。治疗后TXB2下降，6-K-PGF1a升高，TXB2/6-K-PGF1a下降，观察组疗效优于西药组(P＜0.01)。此外，观察组患儿血尿和蛋白尿阳转率也明显优于西药组。结论：提示观察组用药具有较强的抗自由基及消除炎性致病因子能力，并且对肾功能有良好的保
