1、加用三金片治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎的临床研究加用三金片治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎的临床研究更新日期：2009-03-31点击：陈孝银　沈强　　摘要　目的：观察加用三金片对小儿急性肾小球肾炎的治疗作用。方法：在临床上，加用三金片治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎40例(观察组)，并与西药组38例及正常对照组40例对比。结果：急性肾小球肾炎患者(包括观察组及西药组)脂质过氧化物(LPO)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)与正常组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.001)，而超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)则无显著性差异(P＞0.05

2、)。经治疗后LPO降低，GSH-Px增高，观察组疗效优于西药组(P＜0.05)。患儿前列腺素稳定代谢产物6-K-PGF1a降低，TXB2下降，TXB2/6-K-PGF1a比值升高，与正常组相比具有显著差异(P＜0.001)。治疗后TXB2下降，6-K-PGF1a升高，TXB2/6-K-PGF1a下降，观察组疗效优于西药组(P＜0.01)。此外，观察组患儿血尿和蛋白尿阳转率也明显优于西药组。结论：提示观察组用药具有较强的抗自由基及消除炎性致病因子能力，并且对肾功能有良好的保护作用。　　关键词　急性肾
