2、同时各组给予相应的药物治疗,8周后检测小鼠的学习记忆能力、小鼠的脑、脾脏及胸腺指数、血清中SOD和MDA水平。结果:五子衍宗方能延长小鼠目标象限停留时间,增加穿过平台次数,降低跳台错误次数;降低脑及胸腺重量指数,增加SOD活性,降低MDA含量。结论:五子衍宗方能改善衰老小鼠的学习记-I己能力。其机制可能与提高小鼠的抗氧化能力有关。关键词:五子衍宗方;D一半乳糖;衰老;学习记忆;抗氧化中图分类号:R285.5文献标识码:B文章编号:1006-3250(2012)101093-03InfluenceofWuZiYANZongprescriptiononD-galactoseinducedagin

5、ndintragastricallyadministeredWuziYanzongFangsimuhaneously.After8weeksoftreatment,theanimalbehaviorandjumpingstandweretested.Cerebralindex,spleenindexandthymusindexweremeasured.TheSODactivityandMDAcontentwereevaluatedbybiochemistrydetection.Results:WuziYanzongFangmarkedlyextendedthetimeofstayingint
