1、浙江中医药大学学报2014年3月第38卷第3期金银花水煎剂对D一半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的抗氧化作用张莹莹王银环史亚甘力程东庆浙江中医药大学生命科学学院杭州310053摘要:【目的]探讨金银花水煎剂对D一半乳糖致衰模型小鼠的抗氧化作用。【方法](1)取一月龄ICR小鼠5O只,随机分为对照组、衰老组、金银花高、中、低剂量组。D一半乳糖构建衰老模型过程中,金银花r~(10g·kg)、中(5g·kg-’)、低(2.5g·kg-)剂量组每天按剂量分别灌胃。对照组和衰老组灌等量的生理盐水。连续6W后采集小鼠血清样品和各组织匀浆样品进行生化指标
