1、2013年第12月第12期一尿沉渣镜检法在尿液分析中的作用蒲姝陶(四川省绵阳市中心医院检验科四川绵阳621000)【摘要】目的：与尿液分析仪检测结果进行比较，分析尿沉渣镜检法在尿液分析中的重要意义。方法：选择我院门诊200例需进行尿液检查的患者，分别采用尿液分析仪及尿沉渣镜检法对其中段尿进行检测，分析两种检查方法的阳性率、假阳性率、假阴性率等。结果：检查尿白细胞及红细胞阳性率时，尿液分析仪的检测结果分别为20．5％及26．5％，尿沉渣镜检法的检测结果分别为18．5％及24％，对比两组结果，P>0．05，差异无统计学意义。而尿液分析仪检测白细胞的假阳性率

2、与假阴性率分别为20．5％、17．5％，检测红细胞的假阳性率与假阴性率分别为20．5％、2％；尿沉渣镜检白细胞的假阳性率与假阴性率分别为3％、9．5％，检测红细胞的假阳性率与假阴性率分别为17．5％、0．5％，上述两项指标对比尿液分析仪的检测结果，P<0．05，差异具统计学意义。结论：尿液分析仪可以提高检测效率，但无法保证细胞数及形态的准确性，针对有疑问的样本必须再进行尿沉渣镜检，因此尿沉渣镜检法有着重要的临床应用价值。【关键词】尿液分析仪；尿沉渣镜检法；尿液分析【Abstract】Objective：Tocomparewiththeresultsof
