2、,检测儿童A和c群流脑抗体阳性情况。结果:A群和C群流脑抗体阳性率分别为70.3%和87.1%,A群和C群流脑抗体阳性率分布性别、户籍地属性问差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而2~5岁儿童A、C群流脑抗体阳性率均高于6—12岁儿童,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),按程序全程接种的儿童(A、C群流脑)抗体阳性率高于未全程接种者,接种2剂次A+C流脑结合疫苗+1剂次A+C流脑多糖疫苗者A群和C群流脑抗体阳性率高于接种2剂次A群流脑多糖疫苗+1剂次A+C流脑多糖疫苗。结论:适龄儿童按免疫程序完成2剂次A+c流脑结合
