2、C得率随着冻融次数的增加呈现下降的趋势;PC纯度和得率随着含水量的增大呈现先持平后降低的趋势;在不同冻融介质的试验中,通过比较得出最优的冻融介质为浓度0.0025mol/L的PBS缓冲溶液。『结论]对于冻融储存时间较长的巢湖新鲜蓝藻,最优的试验条件是选用浓度为0.0025mol/L的PBS缓冲液作为冻融介质,在含水率为96.O%一97.5%区间冻融次数仅需1次,即可得到最优的Pc的纯度和得率。关键词新鲜蓝藻;藻蓝蛋白;冻融条件;破壁提取中图分类号$932.7文献标识码A文章编号0517—6611(2014)17—05345一o3ExtractionofPhycocyaninfrom
