2、、女性健康者血清PGI、PG1及PGI／PGⅡ检测结果均呈偏态分布(P<0．05)。女性健康者血清PGI、PGI／PGⅡ水平显著高于男性(P<0．01)。相同年龄，男、女性健康者血清PG1I水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。相同性别，不同年龄组间PGI水平两两比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；PGⅡ水平随着年龄增大而升高(P<0．01)；PGI／PGⅡ水平随着年龄增大而减低(P<0．05)。采用百分位数法确定其95参考值范围，PGI取双侧参考值区间(P2s～P。5)，PGⅡ取单侧上限(≤P。)，
