2、、女性健康者血清PGI、PG1及PGI/PGⅡ检测结果均呈偏态分布(P<0.05)。女性健康者血清PGI、PGI/PGⅡ水平显著高于男性(P<0.01)。相同年龄,男、女性健康者血清PG1I水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相同性别,不同年龄组间PGI水平两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PGⅡ水平随着年龄增大而升高(P<0.01);PGI/PGⅡ水平随着年龄增大而减低(P<0.05)。采用百分位数法确定其95参考值范围,PGI取双侧参考值区间(P2s~P。5),PGⅡ取单侧上限(≤P。),
