2、康人群血清中tPSA、fPSA以及fPSA／tPSA结果呈近似正态分布。tPSA正常人群参考范围为<2．O0ng／mL(年龄小于60岁)和<3．7ng／ml(年龄大于60岁)，fPSA正常人群参考范围为<0．63ng／mL(年龄小于6O岁)和<1．27ng／mL(年龄大于60岁)，fPSA／tPSA正常人群参考范围为<0．66(年龄小于60岁)和<0．43(年龄大于60岁)。结论：兰t,I地区健康人群tPSA参考范围为<2．O0ng／mL(年龄小于60岁)和<3．7ng／mL(#-~大于60岁)，fPSA参考范围为<0．63ng／mL(年龄小
