1、250放射学实践2015年3月第3O卷第3期RadiolPractice,Mar2015。Vol30,No.3,二七..究心血管影像学叉又,源CT大螺距肺动脉成像低剂量与低对比剂用量的应用研剥、国臣,王忠,李萌【摘要】目的:评估二代双源CT大螺距扫描方式在低剂量和低对比剂个体化肺动脉成像中的可行性。方法:按扫描方式和对比剂剂量不同将9O例患者分成A、B、C三组。A组3o例,采用传统肺动脉成像检查方案,对比剂用量70mI,管电压100kV,螺距1.2;B组和C组采用低对比剂剂量30mI,大螺距2.1,根据预检测层面左心室衰减噪声值≥15HU和<15H
2、U分为B组和C组,管电压分别为100kV、80kV。分析比较三组的图像质量及辐射剂量。结果:三组患者年龄、性别均无明显差异;C组体重低于A、B两组(PO.05)。结论:采用二代双源CT大螺距肺动脉扫描并根据
