7、individualpostsbeingpreserved.Forexample,aDepartmentwhichnolongerhasneedforanAdministrativeOfficerpostinoneDivision,mayre-allocatethatposttoanotherDivisionwhereanadditionalpostisrequiredwithoutneedingtomakeabusinesscaseandseekapprovalfromtheCommission2.However,mana
