1、论文题目:典型难加工材料深孔钻削工艺及试验研究专业:机械制造及自动化硕士生:黄华(签名)流单指导教师:刘战锋(签名)彭海(签名)摘要机械制造业是国民经济的支柱,在切削加工中,孔加工约占加工总量的三分之一,而深孔加工又占孔加工的百分之四十。由于深孔是在封闭或半封闭的状况下进行,因此不能直接观察刀具的切削情况、切削热不易传散,而且排屑困难、工艺系统刚性差,切削效果不理想。尤其是难加工材料的深孔钻削加工是目前国内外的技术难题。本课题在对深孔钻削机理、DF和BTA系统排屑机理进行深入研究的基础上,在不锈钢、钦合金和高温镍基合金的切削性能深入研究的基础
2、上,合理选用刀具材料,设计结构合理BTA钻头,选用优良的切削液,对不锈钢(OCrl7Ni4Cu4Nb)进行深孔钻削试验,试验孔径由‘14.6mm,长度410mm和对钦合金(TC6,TC11)进行深孔钻削试验,试验孔径(D64mm,长度1500mm左右以及对高温镍基合金(16X3H(DMB)进行试验,试验孔径中13.4mm、014.4mm,长度400mm,600mm。试验结果证明试验用钻削系统钻削效果良好,工艺可靠,并且还对产生良好工艺效果的原因进行了分析。关键词:深孔钻削、内排屑深孔钻、刀片材料、不锈钢、钦合金、高温镍基合金论文类型:应用基础
