1、毕业设计说明书深孔振动钻削装置的设计学生姓名:学号:学院:机械工程与自动化学院专业:机械设计制造及其自动化指导教师:2011年6月深孔振动钻削装置的设计摘要:由于深孔加工是在封闭或半封闭的状况下进行,因此不能直接观察刀具的切削情况,切削热不易传散,而且排屑困难,工艺系统刚性差,切削效果不理想,特别是0.8mm以下,长径比大于10,IT7以上的精密深孔的加工,是目前国内外的技术难题。本课题设计时,在对振动钻削和DF负压抽屑机理进行深入研究的基础上,设计深孔振动钻削装置,采用普通车床配用一种电磁式振动装置,电磁式振动装置克服了深孔加工断屑排屑困难的问题,并且提高深孔的加工质量及加工效率。关键
