1、摘要纵观现代经济的发展,不难看出,企业之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,从某种意义来讲,也是企业培训的竞争;重视培训、重视员工全面素质的提升和企业文化的认同,把企业建成学习型组织,通过提高企业核心竞争力,从而最终实现企业与员工“双赢”,是企业获得发展的最根本手段。随着实践的发展,经济的发展也要求培训理论不断更新,新的培训理念会不断涌现,企业培训在企业发展中所占的地位越来越重要。本文共分为六章,第一章引言部分,主要介绍了研究的背景,研究的目的及方法。第二章理论综述,主要介绍了员工培训的含义、作用、原则、内容及重要性。第三
2、章深入了解可口可乐辽宁(北)饮料有限公司基本情况,包括公司发展历程及现状。第四章分析了可口可乐辽宁(北)饮料有限公司员工培训存在的问题。本章说明了可口可乐辽宁(北)饮料有限公司存在的三方面问题,分别是缺乏正确的员工培训观念和指导思想;员工培训不十分规范;员工培训体系不够完善。第五章可口可乐辽宁(北)饮料有限公司的对策,本章是全文的重点,只要通过实行本章的对策,企业便可以轻松面对员工培训的问题。本章分为三节,分别从转变观念,重视员工培训;制定有效的员工培训计划;完善员工培训体系加以说明。第六章结束语。关键词:员工培训;
