2、金融业经营模式的一种，成为现代很多国家金融业发展的选择。进入21世纪，完善金融体制已经成为我国经济发展的必然要求。金融控股公司作为一种分业到混业的一种过渡模式受到关注。本文从金融业经营模式的制度变迁入题，逐层深入地对金融控股公司制度及在我国的发展情况进行了剖析。首先对金融业经营模式的概念及特点进行了介绍，并对包括美、英、曰、德等国家在内的金融业经营模式的演变情况进行了线条式的梳理，得出了影响金融业经营模式制度变迁的—些体制性因素。接下来对我国的金融业演变的路径进行了回顾，得出结论：金融控股公司制度是现阶段我国金融业

3、经营模式的必然选择。在对金融控股公司制度进行分析时，采取了由一般到特殊的分析方式。首先对金融控股公司被了一般性的制度分析，从公司治理结构、集团组织架构、运营管理、风险及监管等多角度进行了深入的剖析。继而引入对金融控股公司制度在我国的情况的探讨，先对我国金融控股公司发展的现状进行了陈述，发现金融控股公司制度在我国存在的一些现实性问题，并从体制的高度对立法、监管、风险控制等方面提出了解决问题的方法。关键词：金融控股公司金融监管金融风险发展AbstractWjtlltheintensificationofmarketco
