1、咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿过敏原筛查及肺功能现状分析【摘要】目的:研究分析不同年龄咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿过敏原筛查及肺功能现状。方法:从2013年4月到2014年1月,选取我院的96例不同年龄咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿进行回顾性分析,将其分为两组,3岁以下婴幼儿组52例患儿,3岁以上儿童组44例患儿,对两组作过敏原筛查和肺功能检测的病例进行分析收集。结果:过敏原筛查结果阳性有55例。婴幼儿阳性13例(34.38%);儿童过敏原阳性42例(65.63%)。吸人性变应原单项检测结果排列顺序为尘螨、花草花粉、蟑螂和蚊子、动物皮毛、霉菌等,而食物变应原排列顺序为鸡蛋、牛奶、猪肉、牛肉、羊肉、蟹、虾、花生和大豆等。婴幼儿
