5、hangeQuadrant(2003),therearemainlydividedintofourcategoriesofchangeapproaches,namelyareDirectiveApproach,MasterApproach,SelfAssembly(DIY)ApproachandEmergenceApproach.Eachapproachhasdifferentadvantagesandlimitations.Thus,itisvitaltooptforthesuitableapproachduringtheorg
