1、摘要通过对“轴零件的数控编程与操作设计”课题的研究，使用数控车床进行零件的加工首先需要对零件图进行工艺分析，确定加工工艺路线，制定加工工序卡片，以及选择切削用量和刀具。对零件的加工程序的编制可采用人工编程或自动编程：手工编程是指程序编制的整个步骤全部是由人工来完成的。对于几何形状不太复杂的零件，所需要的加工程序不长，计算也比较简单，出错机会较少，这时用手工编程既及时又经济，但此零件的轮廓复杂，工件加工程序较长时，使用手工编程将十分烦琐、费时，而且容易出错，影响数控机床的开动率,此时必须用自动编程的方法编制程序。随着数控技术的快速发展，数控软件的作用也日益凸显。采用
2、数控软件编制程序，使得编程工作的效率和真确率变的更高。MasterCAM由于它功能强大、实用性强、使用方便，因此在数控技术、制造业中占有重要的地位。本设计采用MasterCAM软件进行编程，通过将加工零件以零件形式输入计算机，由计算机自动进行数值计算、前置处理，在屏幕形成加工轨迹，及时修改，再通过后置处理形成加工程序输入数控机床进行加工，使得编程变的更轻松。关键词 数控 编程软件 MasterCAMABSTRACTThroughto“theaxiscomponentsnumericalcontrolprogrammingandtheoperationdesign”
