2、ASPLANTS),LUZONCONTINENTALLANDCORPORATION,ILIGANCEMENTCORPORATIONANDMINDANOPORTLANDCEMENTCORPORATION.ALLAGREEMENTSENTEREDINTOBYTHESECOMPANIESSHALLBEGOVERNEDBYTHISDOCUMENT.INCASEOFCONFLICTBETWEENANYPROVISIONHEREUNDERONONEHAND,ANDANYPROVISIONINTHEMAINCONTRACTORANYPURCHASEO
3、RDERPURSUANTTOTHISCONTRACTONTHEOTHER,THELATTERSHALLPREVAIL.ALLCONTRACTORSHALLCOMPLYWITHTHEFOLLOWINGSAFETYPOLICYATALLTIMES.THESERULESARENOTINTENDEDTORESTRICTTHECONTRACTORORTORELIEVEHIMOFANYOFITSLEGALOBLIGATIONSBUTTOENSURESAFEWORKINGPROCEDURESORCONDITIONS.GENERALPROVISIONO
4、NHEALTH,SAFETYANDENVIRONMENTTheCONTRACTORshallappriseitselfoftheGroupHealthSafetyandENVIRONMENTStandards,RulesandRegulations,andAdvisoriesoftheCOMPANY.Intheabsenceofspecificstandards,thelocaland/orinternationalbestpracticeapplieswhicheverismorestringent.TheCONTRACTORshal
5、lensurethatitpossesstheregistrationandcertificationbytheGovernmentorregulatingbodysuchasDENR–MGBTheCONTRACTORshallensurethatpersonnelpossesswithTESDAorotherThirdPartyCertifyingBodyforwelding/cuttingworks,heavyequipmentoperatorandscaffoldingTheCONTRACTORshallundertakeappl
6、icablesafetytrainingfortheirspecifictradefromCOMPANYaccreditedsafetytraininghouse(WSO,Insafety,SafetyHouse)-seeattachedTheCONTRACTORS’liftingequipment(gears,slings,shackle,crane,forklift,manlift,boomtruck)andheavyequipment(payloader,bobcat,bulldozer,backhoe,etc)shallhave
7、3rdpartycertificationfromCOMPANYaccreditedcertifyingbody(TESDA,ICIP,1stPhilippines,WireRope,etc.)TheCONTRACTORshallassignatleastOne(1)RegisteredSafetyOfficerforevery50workersonsite,however,ifthecontractorisdoing2highriskjobsatthesametime,one(1)RegisteredSafetyOfficerisre
