1、·麻醉与镇痛·中国当代医药2014年7月第2l卷第21期熵指数用于小儿先天性心脏病介入手术麻醉的临床研究邓劲松韦华李波广东省高州市人民医院麻醉科．广东高州525200【摘要】目的探讨熵指数监测应用于小儿先天性心脏病介人手术麻醉中的临床价值。方法选取择期行先天性心脏病介入手术的患儿60例，将其随机分为熵指数监测组(A组1和临床经验组(B组)。A组术中根据监测熵值调整丙泊酚靶浓度；B组凭临床经验及血流动力学变化调整丙泊酚靶浓度。观察和记录两组的术中心率(HR)、血压(MAP)、经皮血氧饱和度(SpO)的变化、出现体动反应例数、丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间等指标。结果两组术中的HR、MAP、SpO
