2、n)处理,MTT法检测生长抑制效率,DAPI染色观察细胞凋亡形态,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率,Real—timePCR检测相关基因Bax、Caspase-3和P53mRNA表达。结果:caski+cddp+组的生长抑制作用比caski—cddp+相更强,并呈时效和量效关系;DAPI染色形态学显示caski+cddp+组凋亡小体增多,可见致密强荧光;流式细胞仪检测凋亡率结果为caski+cddp+组凋亡率比caski—cddp+组高13.21%,其中晚期凋亡更明显,caski+cddp+组比caski—cddp+组高17.16%;Rea1.timePCR检测基因Bax、Caspase一3的mR
