1、l102WestChinaMedicalJourna1．Vo1．29，No．6Jun．2014华西医学2014，29(6)论著机体状态对针刺得气影响的数据挖掘研究郭峥嵘，钱桂凤，潘秋银，王唠，朱江，马良宵【摘要】目的通过数据挖掘技术分析机体状态对针刺得气的影响。方法搜索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库和Pubmed，检索时间为1949年10月一2013年1月，获取针刺得气中英文文献并筛选分类，通过SQLserver2005建立数据库，采用Weka数据挖掘软件对得气文献进行数据分析。结果经筛选得到针刺得气文献337篇

2、，其中中文255篇，英文82篇。通过关联规则Apriori算法分析，临床患者得气针感出现频次较高为胀、麻、传导和酸，常见复合得气针感依次为重痛麻感、酸痛麻感和重酸感等，健康人得气针感出现频次较高为痛、酸、麻和重，常见复合得气针感依次为胀酸感、重酸麻感和重麻感等，二者得气针感频次排列与关联分析结果均有较大差异。结论机体状态是影响针刺得气的一个重要因素。【关键词】得气；数据挖掘；关联规则；机体状态【文献标志码】ADoI：10．7507／1002-0179．20140336ResearchonAffectingFactorsofAc
