1、高血压病、冠心病及血尿酸及血脂相关性探作者：冯美云王丛张昕王增帅张文祥【关键词】冠心病【摘要】目的探讨高血压病、冠心病与血尿酸（UA）及血脂的相关性。方法回顾性分析101例高血压病患者即高血压组（HBP）、101例冠心病患者即冠心病组（CHD）、166例高血压病合并冠心病患者即高冠心组和115例健康正常人（对照组）的UA及血脂检测值进行比较。结果3组UA、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（VLDL-C）、动脉硬化指数（LDL/HDL）均显著高于对照组（PV0.01）；而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）显著低于对照组（
2、PV0.01），高尿酸血症（HUA）在HBP组、CHD组、高冠心组中分别各占17.8%、9・1%、15.9%；相关分析显示,3组UA均与TG、TC、LDL-C.VLDL-C呈正相关，—0.288、0.194、0.141.0.218,P<0.01；与LDL/HDL亦呈正相关，1二0・194,P<0.05；与HDL-C呈负相关（r=-0.291,P<0.01）o3组间对比分析,HBP组及高冠心组UA显著高于CHD组（P<0.05）,HBP组与高冠心组两组间UA比较，差异无显著性（P>0.05）；高冠心组TG和VLDL-C显著髙于CHD组(P<0.05),高冠心组与HBP组、HB
