2、州415000)摘要:以云烟97为材料,研究了采收成熟度对湘南稻田浓香型烤烟烟叶外观质量、化学成分、感官质量和经济性状的影响。结果表明:①随着烟叶采收成熟度的增加,还原糖含量和鲜干比呈上升趋势,淀粉含量呈下降趋势,上、中部烟叶的烟碱和总氮含量略呈下降趋势,烟叶的外观质量、感官质量、均价都呈先升后降的变化趋势;②上部叶以叶面基本全黄(9~10成黄)、主脉全白、叶面有黄色斑为适宜采收,中部叶以叶面浅黄色(89成黄)、主脉变白l/2以上为适宜采收,下部叶以叶面黄绿色(6~7成黄)、主脉变白1/3以上为适宜采收,烟叶化学成分协调,上等烟比例、均价、外观质量和感官品质较高。关键
