2、组随机化方法抽取并分为管理组和对照组两组。由社区医生对管理组患者进行家庭医生式服务2型糖尿病随访管理，对照组患者自觉到内分泌专科门诊随访。比较两组患者差别化管理10个月后相关指标的变化。结果经过家庭医生式服务2型糖尿病随访管理，管理组患者体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(Tc)、尿微量白蛋白(Malb)及尿微量白蛋白／肌酐(Malb／Cr)明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0．05)；患者遵医嘱用药、饮食控制、参加锻炼和定期监测血糖的依从性明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P
