1、临床心血管病杂志2014,30·542·JournalofClinicalCardiology(China)(6):542—545高磷刺激大鼠血管平滑肌细胞后Cbfal及Sox9基因动态变化的研究*白亚玲徐金升石博张俊霞崔立文张慧然张胜雷[摘要]目的:观察高磷刺激大鼠血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)后表型转化相关基因的动态变化,探讨VSMCs的表型转化方向。方法:组织块贴壁法原代培养大鼠胸主动脉VSMCs,经形态学和免疫细胞化学鉴定后,将其随机分为空白对照组和口一甘油磷酸组,RT-PCR法同管扩增检测VSMCs核心结合因子a1(Cbfa1)、性别
