2、病的黄颡鱼进行病原菌分离鉴定及药敏试验,为有效防控黄颡鱼腹水病提供参考依据。【方法】用常规方法从患病濒死黄颡鱼的心脏、肝脏及病灶等处分离出病原菌,然后通过人工感染试验、氧化酶试验及API20NE生化鉴定系统进行鉴定,并采用K_B纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。【结果】从患腹水病黄颡鱼的心脏、肝脏和腹水中分离获得3株优势菌株(090421A、090421B和090421C),分离菌株对斑点叉尾鲴、淡水鲨鱼、南方大口鲶和革胡子鲶等4种无鳞鱼也有很强的致病性,经API20NE生化鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonashydrophila)。药敏试验结果表明,病原菌对先锋噻肟
3、、菌必治、舒普深、盐酸沙拉沙星、氟苯尼考、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、头孢呋肟等17种药物高度敏感,对青霉素G、氧哌嗪青霉素、氨苄西林、苯唑青霉素、先锋霉素V、先锋霉素VI、复方新诺明、头孢噻吩、头孢氨苄、阿莫西林、阿洛西林、头孢克洛等12种药物不敏感。【结论】广西桂林市某水产养殖场黄颡鱼的腹水病是由嗜水气单胞菌感染所引起,可选用先锋噻肟、菌必治、舒普深、盐酸沙拉沙星、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、头孢呋肟、氟苯尼考等7种药物进行治疗。关键词:黄颡鱼;腹水病;嗜水气单胞菌;分离;鉴定;药敏试验中图分类号:$941.429文献标志码:A文章编号:2095—1191(2012)09—140
