2、rmanentresidenceconditionsofcitizens.Whenthestaffmembersofhouseholdregistrationorganscarryoutinvestigationandcheckonthepermanentresidenceconditionsofcitizens,thehouseholderoranyoneofthemembersofthehouseshallvoluntarilyputforwardhishouseholdregister.2.Thehouseholdershallappropriat
