1、152JournalofAudiologyandSpeechPathology2014.Vol22.No.2蕊淄豚鼠畸变产物耳声发射刺激声频率f2/f1比值的优化与验证△刘娅ThomasJanssenJanKiefer【摘要】目的通过探寻能引出豚鼠最大畸变产物耳声发射幅值的刺激声频率f/f比值,比较该优化的比值与传统的固定比值对正常耳蜗与受损耳蜗的检测差异。方法18只健康杂色豚鼠为研究对象,雌雄不限,从中随机选取7只(14耳)进行DP0AE刺激声频率f2/f-比值的优化测试,刺激声强度:L2为25、4O和60dBSPL,L一0.46L2+41dBSP
2、L;刺激声频率f2为1、2、4、8、16kHz,f2/f在1.1~1.5间变化,记录DPOAE幅值最大时f2/f值作为优化的/f比值,并以此设定DPOAE的检测参数。一周后所有18只豚鼠随机分为A组和B组,每组各9只,每只动物单耳进行相同的内耳手术,A组动物手术前后应用优化的f2/f比值检测DPOAE,B组动物手术前后应用固定的f/f比值(1.2)检测DPOAE,比较2组动物测得DPOAE的差异。结果当fz从1kHz上升到2kHz时,最佳f/f】比值从1.26上升至1.43;而后当f2上升至8kHz时,最佳f2/f比值逐渐下降到1.18;最后,当f。
