1、股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果分析股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果分析［摘要］目的评价股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月〜2013年4月本院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者78例，随机分为两组，其中观察组41例，使用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板进行治疗，对照组37例，使用动力骸螺钉进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间、功能恢复情况与术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）,功能恢复情况明显优于对照组（P<0.01
