1、·临床研究·中国当代医药2014年9月第21卷第26期股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆问骨折的效果分析闻树林刘斐钟金李祖毅江西省宜丰县人民医院外一科，江西宜丰336300【摘要】目的评价股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月-2013年4月本院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者78例，随机分为两组，其中观察组41例，使用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板进行治疗，对照组37例，使用动力髋螺钉进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间、功能恢复情况与术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间、

2、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0．01)，两组的并发症发生情况比较，差异元统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术效果好，手术对患者负荷较小，值得临床予以推广。【关键词】股骨粗隆间骨折；股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板；动力髋螺钉；疗效【中图分类号】R274．12【文献标识码IA【文章编号11674—4721(2014)09(b)一0038—03Effectanalysisofproximalfemoralanatomical
